This is the Opel Corsa A, or in the UK the Vauxhall Nova (from Corsa B Vauxhall renamed their Nova to Corsa as well). Many people seem to agree that Opels were always understeering cars. The RWD Opels were not too bad, even though Ari Vatanen used to complain that he never felt comfortable with Ascona 400 and Manta 400 because they were understeering RWD cars.
