The PEUGEOT RALLY ACADEMY travels to Poland this weekend for the next ERC qualifier in Rzeszów. Expectations are high for PEPE LÓPEZ after his strong performances at the season's first two rounds, whilst his team-mate JOSÉ ANTONIO SUÁREZ will be out to put an end to the spell of bad luck he had at the start of the year.

• PEPE LÓPEZ and BORJA ROZADA arrive in Poland in 2nd position in the Junior U28 class. Thanks to their podium finish in the Azores, followedby their victory on home soil in the Canary Islands, the Spaniards hit the ground running at the beginning of the year. After a short summer break, they are eager to resume action in Rzeszów and to repeat their pace in their Peugeot 208T16.

• The speed shown by JOSÉ ANTONIO 'COHETE' SUÁREZ and CÁNDIDO CARRERA in the Azores was poorly rewarded because of a crash, whilst mechanical issues prevented them from fighting for a top position in the Canary Islands. They are now back on track and ready to push in Poland for the sort of result they deserve.

• The PEUGEOT RALLY ACADEMY programme is a stepping stone for talented young drivers who have risen up through Peugeot's single-make series, the 208 Rally Cup. It seeks to offer an opportunity to gain experience and fine-tune their professionalism in the ERC as part of a high-level team starring the Peugeot 208T16.

Pepe LÓPEZ, Peugeot Rally Academy Driver
2e Junior ERC - U28 Rankings
«We are really looking forward to contesting another ERC rally with the Peugeot 208T16. We arrive with very good vibes after our performance in the Canary Islands and we will try to match the pace of the top U28 drivers in Poland. I believe we are in good shape and we are definitely eager to race. We know exactly what we have to do. We have high expectations but we are realistic and this is a completely new rally for us with very specific roads. So we hope to bring home a good result for Peugeot Sport and continue to be as fast as we have been so far.»

José Antonio SUÁREZ, Peugeot Rally Academy Driver
6th Junior ERC - U28 Rankings
«After our problems in the first two rounds, we really want to get back on track and prove that we have what it takes to win. We know we deserve a good result and we are working to achieve it with the great support of Peugeot. We are fast enough to fight for the U28 podium in every race, so we will push hard. We hope we succeed in coming away from in Poland with a good result. We can't wait the race to start! »
