The rally is shaping up nicely.Despite the lack of entries last year the rally was superb and all the drivers loved it. Kris Meeke described Loch Ard as the best stage in the world and the stages up in Perhtshire are classics .Malcolm Wilson rates the Drummond hill stage as his favourite in the world.

Expecting a lot more entries this year . Along with drivers mentioned in autosport Basso has scotland on his wishlist as he has the funds to enter two more irc rounds (one of them sanremo).Anton Alen also plans to enter either scotland or rally gb in a fiesta s2000 following having to scrap his entry on upcoming rally finland due to m-sport having no gravel spec car available.Maybe MG also plan something as the car is run by a British team and they have just become active by going to goodwood with Marko Martin driving the car on the rally stage.
