Abbring did a slight mistake at stage start, took several seconds back again, you should have seen the Sousa onboards on the last part of the stage, sensational, not to say physically impossible!!!! Magalhaes (4th) retired with suspected engine problems. Abbring (2nd) & Sousa (1st) both report engine problems, but Sousa thinks it might have to do with altitude. Results after SS12:

Less expected leader Breen doesn't start the stage for an electrical fire, not at all expected Abbring loses lots of time with power steering problems. Lopes loses time with slight impact, Pushkar off halts stage for notional times for Rego onwards. Results after SS10:

IRC P SS6 - Rim of a volcano! @ 01:42 PM - This is the fantastic volcano stage, furthest Western point of Europe as well. Breen had a slow right rear puncture and hit banks a few times. Puncture for Magalhaes. Orsak retired after hitting bank. Amazing times by locals Sousa and Rego. Results after SS6:

IRC P SS4 - Carnage delays results @ 11:21 AM - Ricardo Moura & Kajetan Kajetanowicz, both Fiesta R5, both retired in the first stage of the day after hitting a big rock on the road (unusual for Acores). As the stages are narrow, the cars are being recovered now with rally leader Craig Breen halted at the start line of the stage. As we have to wait for the leader, the results after SS4 will be delayed.
