Ford McRae Wins! @ 03:19 PM - Colin McRae has won the Acropolis Rally by a comfortable margin from Petter Solberg following Richard Burns and Carlos Sainz's demise during the day. Harri Rovenpera secured the final podium position.

Ford Carlos Out As Well @ 01:53 PM - Following Richard Burns' demise on stage 19 with a broken propshaft, Carlos Sainz's Ford lost oil pressure 5kms into the last stage and he retired 3 kms later. Without problems, McRae will win from Petter Solberg and Harri Rovenpera.

WRC Burns out! @ 01:20 PM - Richard Burns stopped in stage 19 with a broken propshaft. He was in radio contact with his Subaru team but the problem could not be fixed. He has retired from the rally. Colin McRae leads by just 5.9s with the final stage of the rally to run... but that final stage is also the longest of the rally at 39kms! Can Sainz catch him?

Subaru Burns Looses 2m 52.9s @ 07:40 AM - After winning the first stage of the final leg Richard Burns has lost 2 minutes and 52.9 seconds on stage 15 when he went off the road. The car is reported to be undamaged, but Burns chances of winning are pretty gone.

Subaru Subaru the Strongest @ 05:31 PM - The Subaru World Rally team have had a great leg 1 to the Acropolis Rally. Subaru's young guns put on a show of skill and maturity to hold the lead and then place themselves perfectly for Leg 2.
