IRC A SS17 - Lefebvre excluded @ 02:46 PM - Lefebvre has been delayed before SS15 for unknown reasons. With no chances the Citroen team has made changes to Lefebvre's car for Monte Carlo tests, which caused further delays. Basically he is now OTL - off time limit (max lateness exceeded).
