WRC Safari Rally End Of Leg 2 @ 09:37 PM - Overall: 1. C.McRae 5:39:02.3, 2. Rovanpera +0:02:26.7, 3. Radstrom +0:13:18.2, 4. Loeb +0:16:50.9, 5. Martin +0:20:51.0, 6. Panizzi +0:34:43.3, 7. Kresta +0:38:07.2, 8. Kankkunen +0:38:25.9, 9. A.McRae +1:03:29.2, 10. Ligato +1:48:31.5

WRC Tommi and Carlos out on Kerrerie @ 01:02 PM - Chaos reigns on the eighth section, as Tommi Makinen bows out of the rally with suspension failure. Kenneth Eriksson's valiant efforts also end early with gearbox problems, and Carlos Sainz's rally comes to a close with oil pump failure on his Ford Focus WRC.

WRC Gardemeister Loses Wheel @ 03:34 PM - Toni Gardemeister loses a left wheel 85k's into section 4. Uncomfirmed reports.

WRC Solberg Out @ 02:43 PM - Petter Solberg is possibly out of the Safari Rally on section 4 about 15 km in to the section as his car has been stationery for a long time.

WRC Kankkunen Problems @ 01:52 PM - Hyundai suffers again as Kankkunen loses time with damaged shock absorbers and a lack of engine power due to intake dust problems.

WRC Declecour out @ 01:42 PM - Francois Delecour has retired with engine problems

WRC Competitive Section 4 @ 01:38 PM - Competitive Section 4 is underway

WRC Loeb Stops for Repairs @ 01:04 PM - Sebastian Loeb stopped on Competitive Section 3 to repair a broken shock absorber.

WRC Makinen Flying @ 12:24 AM - Makinen around 2 mins faster than Colin McRae on Section 3. Burns is around 6 mins behind Makinen on the stage.

WRC Burns in trouble? @ 12:10 AM - Uncomfirmed reports that Richard Burns is going very slowly through CS3 and that Makinen has overtaken him on the section.

WRC Solberg stopped? @ 11:54 AM - Petter Solberg appears to have stopped on the side of the road, probably a puncture. Confirmed that he is now on the move again.

WRC Sainz Punctures @ 11:53 AM - Carlos Sainz suffers a puncture on CS3, how it will affect him we'll let you know later!
